November 09, 2014 - Good day with my little family

Spent the whole day with my little family today. Although there are aggravating points throughout the day there is no where I would rather be than right here with them.  The joy of watching my boys grow from day to day.  Its amazing how fast time flies in front of your eyes.

We are watching The Walking Dead as we do every Sunday in the Fall.  Been a pretty good season so far.  The last season seemed to slow down a lot and we were starting to wonder about it.  Glad they picked the action back up.

Landon sure is talking well.  That also means he is learning how to back talk and not listen sometimes.  He does seem to be acting out a bit.  Maybe the less attention because of his brother is starting to get to him.  Either way, it has been very challenging to deal with. But we love him nonetheless.

I am proud of Lizzie taking such good care of her boys (including me).  I couldn't imagine my life without her.  She is such a great wife and Mommy.  I truly am a very lucky man.

The cold is here...

Looks like summer is officially over.  The cold has returned as well as the time for running heat in the house.  The holidays are just around the corner, and snow seems inevitable.  I'm not a fan of the cold and snow.  I would rather it be warm everyday of the year.

This year is Landons first big Christmas.  Santa will have to work closely with Mommy and Daddy to make it super special for him.  He is definitely a good boy so he will be on the nice list for sure. ;)  I really hope we don't let him down.

The boys had a good halloween.  We went trick or treating at a nice neighborhood with a lot of nice houses near Advance.  It was a quick trip but we got a little bit of candy and the boys had fun.

Time to start planning for our yearly trip to WV for Thanksgiving.  We always go in for a week, usually costs me a fortune.  But, I guess thats the price some have to pay to see the ones they love.  I just wish it was all an easier process for us.  Im sure it will be soon enough.

Got a new tablet.  I like it ok for the most part.  Definitely makes the modding and gaming easier :)  Galaxy Tab 4

Life is going great for the most part and I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful, beautiful little family.  Kids growing up too fast though.  Next time I blink they will be in college.  I just dont want to imagine that right now. Lol

Well will catch up later if there is time.  Always time that we never have enough of.
